This experience has been specially designed with the utmost care for pregnant
and nursing mothers. This is a soothing, full-body floating massage that specifically
addresses pregnancy discomforts. As you are cradled by warm water-filled
cushions, your Registered Massage Therapist reaches stressed areas without
turning you over. The treatment aids in relaxation, benefits circulation, and
provides comfort during this time of change. Connect with your baby in a whole

Many of our treatments involve scalp massage. In order to take full advantage
of this experience, essential oils may be used. If you’d like to head out on the
town after a visit to ESCAPE, you may want to consider having your hair washed
and styled after your treatment.

with a warm oil face, neck and scalp massage to relieve facial pressure and

Enjoy the benefits of a traditional sauna, without heating your head. Our steamy
canopy is placed over your body while you lay on the spa bed. The heat from
the steam speeds up the body’s chemical processes, which allows it to rid itself
of accumulated toxins and gives a boost to your immune system. Your Spa
Therapist will use cold compresses to keep your core temperature down. The
addition of a Pure-Fume aroma customized just for you makes this a true
mind-body experience.
